The Annual NPHC Back to School Bash where the Council is dedicated to giving away 400+ Backpacks and supplies. This year, the Council has chosen to partner with Commissioner Regina Hill's outreach program Saturday, August 5, 2023, from 10 am - 1 pm at Lake Lorna Doone Park.
